Cancellation policy

  • Your session will only be booked after the payment is received. If you do not make the payment after scheduling lessons, your time slot will not be guaranteed, your booked session might be given away to other students.

  • We require a 2 days cancellation/reschedule notice prior to your scheduled lesson.

  • 50% of total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes 1 day prior your scheduled lesson.

  • 100% of total amount will be charged if you cancel or make any changes on your scheduled date(Same day cancellation/reschedule).
