Chen laoshi was my TA for Chinese 303 at San Francisco State University, and classmate in some of the graduate courses I took as an undergrad: she's wonderful! She's very nice and friendly which meant I always felt comfortable speaking Chinese to her as a learner. As a TA, not only did she create classroom materials and lesson plans that were fun, but they also helped us understand complex aspects of grammar with ease. I've studied Chinese for 10 years and have had a lot of different Chinese teachers: Chen laoshi is one of the best! Her enthusiasm for teaching Chinese, professional knowledge, and willing to help others makes her a very special teacher. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Kyle is an exceptional Chinese Tutor. I took weekly lessons with her for a year to increase my limited vocabulary, as well as reading, writing, and conversational skills. As an American Born Chinese, attending Chinese school growing up was not enough! Not only is she kind, friendly, and funny, she is extremely organized/detailed and will devise your lesson material based on your individual learning needs. She is great with kids as well.
